Twenty7tec has appointed Kate Buckley as chief revenue officer, marking a further strengthening of its senior leadership team.
Buckley (pictured) joins from iPipeline, where she was a member of the UK senior management team and led the revenue teams for the protection portal business.
She brings more than 25 years’ experience in fintech and will be responsible for identifying new customers that can benefit from Twenty7tec’s product range, while aligning sales and marketing functions to drive value.
Buckley said: “I’ve long been impressed by Twenty7tec’s innovation in the marketplace and its commitment to improving access to financial products.
“I’m delighted to be joining the company at such an exciting stage, and I’m particularly inspired by the dedication of the team and a genuinely ambitious roadmap that promises meaningful improvement across our industry.
“I’m really looking forward to bringing my experience to the role and working closely with the team.”
The appointment comes alongside two senior internal promotions as the technology provider continues to scale its operations.
PRODUCT STRATEGY AND DELIVERY
Toni Robinson-Bowring has been promoted to chief product officer, taking responsibility for product strategy, vision, design and development across the full Twenty7tec suite.
Her remit includes setting overall product direction, driving innovation and new product development, and leading product and delivery teams to execute against company roadmaps. She will also oversee product performance and adoption, and lead go-to-market delivery for new launches.
Robinson-Bowring said: “I’m excited to be stepping into the chief product officer role at Twenty7tec.
“We have an ambitious product strategy for the next phase of our growth, and I’m looking forward to working across our teams and partners to deliver even more value to advisers and their clients.”
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE FOCUS
Meanwhile, Nathan Reilly has been promoted to chief customer officer, with responsibility for the firm’s customer-centric strategy and all customer-facing functions.

In the role, Reilly will bring together onboarding, account management and operations teams to deliver what the company describes as a more connected customer experience, while ensuring client feedback remains central to decision-making.
He said: “This role is all about making sure the customer stays at the heart of our strategy. By bringing together our Onboarding, Account Management, and Operations teams, we can create a smoother, more joined-up experience.
“My focus is simple: ensuring every interaction with us is clear, adds value, and ultimately helps our clients reach their goals, whilst guaranteeing the voice of our customer is always represented effectively within the business.”
James Tucker, chief executive officer at Twenty7tec, said the changes position the business for its next phase of development.
He added: “The addition of Kate to our team strengthens our senior leadership as we embark upon a pivotal period in our growth.
“There is no question that material change, driven by new technology and changes to regulation, is occurring across financial services.
“With Kate on our team, and with the promotions of Toni and Nathan, we are exceptionally well placed to support all market participants through this time”.
The leadership updates reflect a broader emphasis on commercial growth, product innovation and customer experience as the firm continues to develop its roadmap in support of advisers, lenders and the wider mortgage market.
