Time Finance recognised as a ‘Very Good Organisation’

Time Finance has been recognised as one of the UK’s best companies to work for – achieving the status of ‘Very Good Organisation’ by Best Companies.

The recognition is awarded only to companies that foster a positive and supportive culture, making workplace engagement a priority.

The accreditation follows a three-year internal strategy, which has seen the independent SME lender invest in its people, culture and workplace, alongside steady and sustainable growth of its financial products and services.

Forming part of this strategy, the business recruited a new HR manager, Laura Dun, who has been responsible for creating a workplace culture that supports the individuals within it, while also spearheading people-led strategies to inspire collaboration, creativity and innovation.

Ed Rimmer, Time Finance’s chief executive officer, said: “This recognition speaks to the dedication and commitment of our employees, who bring their best every day.

“It’s the expertise, enthusiasm and passion within our teams that help us drive Time Finance forward, and allow us to thrive in supporting SMEs with business finance.

“Alongside this, as a business, a collaborative and inclusive environment is something that we strive for, and we’re very pleased to see our internal efforts have paid off in a meaningful way.”

Dunn added: “Receiving this recognition is an incredible milestone for the business. We continually invest in making Time Finance a place where people feel respected, supported and encouraged to succeed, and this recognition is testament to those efforts.”
