The Skipton offers new Help to Buy remo deals

Published on

The Skipton Building Society has launched three new Help to Buy remortgage products over two, three and five year fixed terms, all fee free with the additional benefit of free valuations and standard legal service.

These new products are available through selected intermediaries, with the potential to extend intermediary partners according to demand.

Paul Darwin, Skipton’s head of intermediary relationships, said: “We are delighted to offer these new Help to Buy remortgage products, demonstrating Skipton’s continued commitment to supporting the needs of the new build market.

“As with our current Help to Buy distribution arrangement, products are available to our selected intermediary new build panel.  This ensures prospective customers receive the best advice from brokers who are proven specialists in the new build arena.  Any brokers wanting to discuss joining the Skipton Intermediaries new build broker panel are urged to contact their local intermediary relationship manager.

“Skipton’s support for existing Help to Buy borrowers follows our announcement demonstrating a new approach to New Build lending in recognition of the specialist needs and demands of this growing segment of the residential market.”
