IFA set to run New York marathon

Rachel Lane, an IFA at Group Rapport in Weybridge, is preparing to run the New York Marathon on 1 November 2015.

She has chosen to take part in the New York Marathon to raise funds for The Andrew Grene Foundation.

Lane (pictured) is being sponsored by her employers at Rapport and by specialist investment managers, Deepbridge.

She said: “The Andrew Grene Foundation is a cause close to my heart and so I wanted to do something that is a bit different to raise much needed funds. As I have previously undertaken various UK-based half and full marathons the New York Marathon was the natural choice as it is renowned as a challenging course and is a well-known event.

“I am extremely grateful to Rapport and Deepbridge for enabling me to do this but I continue to seek sponsorship for this great charity. Any support is welcome.”
