The Saffron cuts rate on Brightstar BTL deal

Saffron Building Society has reduced the fee on its buy-to-let product, exclusive to Brightstar Financial.

The deal is a 4.99% fixed rate, with the fee down from 3% to 2%.

This exclusive mortgage has a maximum LTV of 80% and also offers refunded valuation fees and free basic legal work on remortgages.

John Eastgate, Saffron’s sales and marketing director, said: “Reducing the fees on this exclusive Buy-to-Let mortgage will no doubt heighten the attraction of what is already a distinctive product
