Property law firm The Partnership is to open an office in Tunbridge Wells as it expands its presence across the South East.
The Kent office will open on 5 October 2026 and serve clients, estate agents and mortgage brokers across the county.
The firm said the move would allow it to work more closely with local property professionals while continuing to invest in its service and communication.
The opening follows the launch of The Partnership’s online portals for clients, estate agents and mortgage brokers, as well as Pledge 100, an initiative intended to help transactions progress from instruction to completion in fewer than 100 days.
The Partnership said the new office also reflected continued investment in its staff and working relationships with property professionals.
Peter Ambrose, managing director at The Partnership, said: “Tunbridge Wells is an area we’ve wanted to establish ourselves in for some time. It’s a fantastic property market with some excellent estate agents and mortgage brokers, and having a local presence means that we can work more closely with them.
“We’re continuing to invest in the business, both through technology, people and expansion into new areas, and we’re excited about becoming part of the local property community.”
Matt Fenn, sales director at The Partnership, said: “Having spent many years in agency, I know how important local relationships are. We don’t just want to be another conveyancing firm working in Kent – we want to be part of the local community.
“The new office gives us the opportunity to spend more time with agents and brokers, support them and building relationships that benefit everyone involved in the moving process.”
The Tunbridge Wells site will join The Partnership’s existing offices in London and Surrey.
