The Nottingham extends Gateway Surveyors contract

Published on

The Nottingham Building Society has extended its contract with Gateway Surveyors for a further two years.

The contract will see Gateway Surveyors – part of The SimplyBiz Group – continuing to deliver valuation and surveying services to the Society and its members.

Peter Hughes, chief executive at Gateway Surveyors, said: “We have developed an excellent business relationship with The Nottingham over the years and are delighted to further develop this going forward.

“The contract extension allows Gateway to continue to supply our high-quality and efficient valuation and surveying services to the Society and its members.

“This further strengthens our relationship following The Nottingham’s decision to offer will-writing services across its branch network of over 60 locations through APS Legal and Associates (part of The SimplyBiz Group) at the end of last year.”

Tina Hayton-Banks, director of member services at the Nottingham Building Society, added: “Our branch network is proud to offer a unique all-under-one-roof proposition for our members’ building society and estate agency needs.

“Valuation and surveying is a key part of the home-buying process and we’re happy with the service from Gateway Surveyors to date, both in terms of expertise and reliability.

“Our dedication to helping our members find and finance their homes, and providing positive customer outcomes is entirely aligned with that of Gateway Surveyors, and we’re looking forward to continuing to provide a great service to our members together.”
