The Coventry remains one of the UK’s best workplaces in financial services

Coventry Building Society has been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Financial Services and Insurance for the third consecutive year.

The accolade follows a string of recognitions in 2025, with the Society also ranked among the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women, for Wellbeing and for Development.

It was further listed as the 13th best super-large organisation overall in the UK’s Best Workplaces ranking.

The awards are based on staff feedback from the annual employee survey, which measures key aspects of workplace culture including work-life balance, fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security.

Lucy Becque, group chief people officer at Coventry Building Society, said: “It’s great to hear that we’re one of the UK’s best workplaces for financial services for the third year running.

“It’s a real testament to the culture we’ve built and the commitment we’ve made to creating an environment where people can thrive.

“This year we’ve also been recognised as one of the best places for wellbeing, for women and for development – so it really feels like we’ve been collecting awards that reflect what matters to us.

“We want this to be a place where people feel supported, inspired and proud to be part of the team – that’s exactly what we work hard to create every day.”
