The Coventry adds new deals to offering

Coventry Intermediaries has added new residential and buy-to-let mortgages to include two and three-year products, many with no arrangement fees or early repayment charges (ERCs).

On the residential side, there are two-year fixes at 3.05% up to 65% LTV and at 3.55% up to 80% LTV. There is also a 3.30% offset fixed for two years. There are no arrangement fees with any of these deals.

WIth buy-to-let, there is a 3.99% Flexx BBR Tracker, (BBR +3.49%), capped at 4.99% for two years, a 3.49% Flexx BBR Tracker, (BBR +2.99%), capped at 4.49% for two years and a 3.75% Flexx Fixed for two years. They are all available at 65% LTV and come with no ERCs.
