The Beverley joins SimplyBiz Mortgages panel

SimplyBiz Mortgages has revealed that the Beverley Building Society has joined its panel of lenders.

The Beverley lends throughout England and Wales and can offer support with self-build mortgages and Retirement Interest Only (RIO) mortgages.

It also provides flexible assessments of self-employed incomes, accepts parental guarantors for first time buyers and assesses each application individually.

Martin Reynolds, CEO of SimplyBiz Mortgages, said: “There is no such thing as an ‘average’ mortgage client, as the circumstances and needs of consumers change constantly. Beverley Building Society is an innovative lender, which recognises and reacts quickly to this changing marketplace, whilst consistently putting the client at the heart of its processes.

“I am pleased to welcome Beverley Building Society onto our panel and believe its flexible and client-centric approach will make it an attractive proposition for our member firms.”

Graham Carter, head of lending at the Beverley Building Society, added: “We are delighted to be added to the SimplyBiz Mortgages panel as it is not only one of the largest, but also one of the best regarded, mortgage clubs in the market.

“We look forward to working with its member firms to help them find the best solution to guarantee positive outcomes for their clients.”
