TenetLime has confirmed Teachers Building Society (TBS) as the latest addition to its panel of lenders.

TenetLime managing director, Gemma Harle, said: “TBS is a specialist in the educational market and TenetLime now forms part of their restricted mortgage distribution partnership model.

“Our member firms will have the opportunity to target all local nurseries, schools, colleges and universities, opening up valuable new avenues for the mortgage business. And as bespoke lenders, TBS consider cases on an individual basis.”

Colin Dorman, national account manager at Teachers Building Society, added: “We welcome TenetLime to our restricted distribution panel, as intermediaries are an increasingly important part of our business.

“Our bespoke underwriting, unique features to help the teaching profession own their own home and renowned personal service for intermediaries ensures that they have confidence in our specialised proposition.”
