Tenant eviction website launched for landlords

Published on

A new website-based service to help landlords end tenancies quickly and effectively and evict problem tenants has been launched.

Moore Blatch, the repossessions law firm, has unveiled PropertyReclaim.com, which uses the technology platform that has handled over 30,000 repossessions, and aims to drive efficiencies into landlord evictions similar to those seen in mortgage lender possessions.

The PropertyReclaim.com website provides a five-step online system for the entire legal process of all claims. Fees start from £10.

If needed, Moore Blatch’s team of lawyers, specialising in landlord and tenant law, are on hand over the phone to talk through the process and will represent the claimant throughout the proceedings and at any court hearings.

Paul Walshe, head of Property Reclaim at Moore Blatch, said: “Reclaiming property from problem tenants can be a lengthy and problematic process. We have developed this website to streamline proceedings, and with our expert team on hand to help at any point, we believe we can find the best resolution for the claimant as quickly as possible.”
