Specialist Hub has selected One Mortgage System (OMS) as its customer relationship management provider following a review of its existing systems.
The specialist finance firm will use the OMS platform to bring client information together, connect data across its systems and reduce administrative work.
Specialist Hub provides access to secured loans, mortgages, bridging finance and commercial finance. Its new CRM will support these product areas through a single platform, reducing repeat data entry and giving advisers a clearer view of cases from initial contact to completion.
OMS supports residential, buy-to-let, second charge, equity release, bridging and commercial finance, as well as general insurance and protection.
Dale Jannels, chief executive of One Mortgage System, said: “Choosing the right CRM provider is a key decision for any firm as it underpins how advisers work, how data is managed and how clients are supported.
“Specialist Hub is a good example of a firm that understands the value of having a single, joined-up system in place to generate more consistent, efficient and effective results.
“All while helping its advisers spend less time on admin and more time focused on the increasingly complex needs of their clients. Our approach has always been about building technology around how advisers actually work.
“This partnership reflects a shared focus on practical systems that support better outcomes for both firms and their customers and we look forward to working closely with Tony and the team in achieving their goals.”
Tony Sutton, managing director of Specialist Hub, added: “Selecting the right CRM was an important decision for us, particularly given the breadth of solutions we offer across the specialist lending market.
“OMS provides a single, joined-up platform to manage our client data and processes more efficiently, reducing duplication and streamlining the way we work.
“Ultimately, this will allow us to spend less time on administration and more time delivering the high level of service our clients and introducers expect.”
