SortRefer expands product portfolio

SortRefer has added a new self build product to its portfolio of products.

Supplied by Birchall Blackburn, SortRefer’s latest product offers the legal aspect of a self build, providing clients who want more control over building their own house with a bespoke conveyancing process to match.

The new products now available via their online portal are:

  • Self build purchase – suitable for clients who don’t already own the land in question
  • Self build remortgage – suitable for clients who already own the land and need to remortgage.

SortRefer said that with the legal process being slightly more complex than the traditional home-buying/remortgaging journey, its bespoke product offers another conveyancing option for its intermediary clients and their end-clients’ needs.

Intermediaries can earn up to £300 with each self build instruction put through the system.
