Significant milestone reached by Vantage Finance

10th-anniversary

Vantage Finance is celebrating its 10-year anniversary this month.

The master broker was established in 2004 by director Lucy Hodge. Its 10 year anniversary comes in the same month as the company has reported a 90% increase in business year on year since September 2013.

Vantage recently relocated to new premises to support the next phase of its expansion. It has seen significant growth across the sectors that it is active in – which include secured loans, buy-to-let mortgages, commercial finance, bridging loans and development finance.

Hodge, who also sits on the board of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB), said: “When we launched Vantage 10 years ago, we were set on establishing a business that delivered the best possible service for our intermediaries and their clients. We could see a need in the market for a packager that approached each deal with genuine determination, and we threw ourselves into building a business with this ethos at its heart.

“The hunger of our early days has stayed with us as the business has grown, and each and every member of staff joining the team has adopted the Vantage way. Helping our intermediaries to convert more leads will always be our driving force, and we are very proud of our track record.

“We’d like to thank every intermediary and lending partner who has chosen to work with Vantage since 2004. We’re delighted to have reached our 10 year anniversary and are really excited about what the future holds – for both Vantage Finance and our partners across the industry.”
