Claire Rankin has joined Shawbrook Bank’s secured lending division as head of networks.

Her role will be to deepen and build upon Shawbrook’s relationships with key industry networks and their members.

Prior to Shawbrook, Rankin was national account manager at Precise Mortgages where she dealt with networks, providing training and support to the member base.

Also, as previously announced, Paula Purdy has taken up the role of head of sales, north.

Maeve Ward, sales director for secured lending at Shawbrook Bank, said: “Both Philip and I are delighted to welcome Claire and Paula to the secured team at such an exciting time in our development.

“With very ambitious plans for the future, their experience and drive will be integral in helping us further shape our broker proposition and retain our market leading position in the industry.”
