Scottish market recovery pauses

The latest Scottish House Price Monitor from Lloyds TSB Scotland has indicated that the market north of the border has seen a pause in its recovery. On an annual, underlying basis Scottish house prices have increased by 0.8%.

In the three months to 31 July 2010, the quarterly price index for the average domestic property in Scotland fell 2.9% on the previous quarter. Following “mix adjusting””
