Scottish Building Society now live on Iress’ MSO

Published on

Iress has announced that Scottish Building Society is now live with its MSO software.

The software enables the Society to create efficiencies in the mortgage process, giving more time back to advisers and increasing client-facing time and customer satisfaction. Scottish Building Society currently is in pilot with a select group of its brokers with a full roll out set for June 2024.

Andrew Simon, Iress’ CEO, mortgages, said: “As the UK’s oldest remaining society, Scottish Building Society has had to constantly evolve to remain at the forefront of the market and its implementation of MSO is the latest example of that. We’re proud to be a part of that storied history and to help them expand into a new chapter.

“We’re very much looking forward to continuing this journey with Scottish Building Society and supporting their delivery of the personal touch they are known for through a cutting edge technology platform.”

Paul Denton, Scottish Building Society’s CEO, added: “It is always refreshing to work together as one team with a supplier and that has very much been the approach with Iress on the implementation of MSO.

“MSO delivers real improvements to the mortgage process for brokers and members. The new technology speeds up the process element without taking anything away from the personal touch we have always employed since we were founded in 1848 – something we know is valued by brokers and members alike.”
