Dragonfly Property Finance

Dragonfly Property Finance has said the first three months of the year represented its largest ever quarter, since launching in 2009.

Over the period, the short-term lender said it completed on 119 loans with a total value of £77 million.

Dragonfly also saw 39 loans redeem, with a total value of £37 million.

“To lend £77 million in just one quarter is a huge achievement and I would like to thank all our introducers who keep supporting us, and without whom these numbers would be impossible,” said Jonathan Samuels, CEO, Dragonfly Property Finance.

“I would also like to congratulate the Dragonfly team, who have been working flat out for three months.

“We now have our sights set on lending £100 million in a quarter, which, given the strength of demand for our product range, is a very realistic target.”
