Master broker and packager Positive Lending has placed its 1,000 bridging loan case with specialist lender Precise Mortgages.

Since Positive Lending started writing cases with Precise Mortgages in 2013, the two companies have helped customers access more than £250m in bridging finance.

Paul McGonigle (pictured), chief executive of Positive Lending, said: “To reach this fantastic landmark, you need a lender you can rely on 100% and who will do what they say they will do – this is exactly what Precise Mortgages offers.

“The help, support and guidance of Alan Cleary and his fantastic team has been invaluable.”

Alan Cleary, group managing director for Precise Mortgages, added: “I’m delighted that we’ve achieved this milestone which is testament to the strength of the relationship we’ve developed over the past six years.

“It’s always a pleasure to be able to help Positive Lending, and I look forward to many more years of providing the products and service that meet the needs of their customers.”
