Positive Lending breaks Precise record

Bournemouth-based specialist packager Positive Lending has completed 12 bridging cases with Precise Mortgages in August 2013.

This represents the most completions in one calendar month from a single introducer.

Chris Fairfax, managing director of Positive Lending, said: “Our Precise Mortgages bridging proposition is very compelling for introducers; market leading product, expert service without dilution of commission and no increased costs for borrower plus an exclusive free valuation refund of up to £1500 on completion.”
