Positive distributing 0.75% pcm bridging deal

Positive Lending is now offering a bridging rate of 0.75% per month available to 75% LTV via Precise Mortgages.

It pays introducers a 1.50% procuration fee with this product, 0.50% higher than applying direct.

Bournemouth based specialist packager is also able fund purchases up to 65% LTV at 0.70% through another lender.

“Fierce competition within the prime bridging market is driving down monthly interest charges,” said Chris Fairfax, managing director of Positive Lending.

“Introducers can now obtain unprecedented low rates for clients and earn referral fees of up to 2% per case.”

Alan Cleary, managing director of Precise Mortgages, added: “We continue to support the bridging market and work closely with members of our premier panel to help them source and package suitable business.

“It’s reassuring to see Positive Lending supporting the market too, their introducer fee is very generous.”
