95%

Members of PMS and appointed representatives of Sesame network now have access to a new 95% loan to value exclusive mortgage product from Leeds Building Society.

The three year fixed rate product is available at 4.59% for loans up to 95% loan to value for both purchases and remortgages.

The product has no completion fees, a free valuation (up to £335) and a free in-house legal service for remortgage clients.

A booking fee of £199 is non-refundable and must be paid to the Society at the application stage. No applications will be accepted without this fee being paid.

Robert McCoy, senior product and communications manager at SBG, said: “This product will help purchasers, in particular first time buyers, along with existing mortgage holders who have been unable to remortgage due to not having a large amount of equity as a result of recent falls in house prices, or the limited availability of high loan to value mortgage products.”

Phillip Coombes, head of intermediary sales at Leeds Building Society, added: “I’m delighted we are able to continue to support Sesame Bankhall Group’s members through our competitive and innovative products.”
