PMS adds Investec Professional Mortgages to panel

PMS has announced the appointment of Investec Professional Mortgages to its panel of lenders for PMS members.

Investec Professional Mortgages’ products are aimed primarily at company directors and partners of professional practices as well as senior executives, managers or business.

Its range contains fixed rate residential and buy-to-let mortgages, starting at 3.19%. Buy-to-let and residential mortgages are available up to 80% LTV and the lender has a special mortgage for first time buyer professionals up to 85% LTV.

In addition it has a 40-year maximum term to help affordability for young professionals.

The minimum income requirement is £50,000 for qualified professionals and £75,000 for business professionals. The minimum loan is £100,000 and the maximum loan is £1m for residential products, while the minimum loan for buy-to-let products is £35,000.

John Cupis, managing director, mortgages at Sesame Bankhall Group, PMS’s parent, said: “We are very pleased to be one of the distributors chosen by Investec to allow PMS members to have access to their specialist products, along with direct access to experienced underwriters who have an appetite to lend and a mandate to make decisions.”
