PLS Solicitors has completed the integration of its case management system with the conveybuddy platform.
The conveyancing distributor said the connection, completed on 26 August 2026, would allow case information to pass directly between the two systems.
Advisers instructing PLS Solicitors through conveybuddy will receive transaction details, milestones and updates through the platform in real time, without having to enter the same case data twice.
PLS Solicitors employs about 200 people across offices in Manchester, Liverpool, London, Dartford and Teesside. The firm handles residential property work, including specialist lender and company buy-to-let cases.
It joins Advantage Property Lawyers, Chadwick Lawrence, Fidler and Pepper, Gorvins, Talbots Law and Your Conveyancer among the fully integrated firms on conveybuddy’s panel. The Moving Portal, its survey partner, is also connected to the platform.
Conveybuddy said fully integrated firms now handled approximately 85% to 90% of cases instructed through the platform, compared with about 80% after Talbots Law completed its integration in July.
The API connection gives advisers access to case milestones, progress updates and provider notes. Conveybuddy said this should reduce the need to chase firms for information and help advisers keep clients informed during purchases, sales and remortgages.
Launched in 2024, conveybuddy provides panel management services for sale, purchase, remortgage and survey cases.
Harpal Singh, chief executive at conveybuddy, said: “PLS is another significant addition to our growing number of fully-integrated panel firms and, importantly, it takes us to the point where around nine out of 10 cases instructed through conveybuddy are now handled by firms whose systems are fully connected with our platform.
“That matters because integration should deliver practical benefits rather than simply being technology for technology’s sake.
“Advisers should not have to enter the same information into different systems, chase conveyancers for updates that already exist or spend valuable time finding out where a case has reached when that information can be provided directly to them.
“PLS has a strong technology focus of its own and considerable experience across the residential property market, particularly in areas such as new-build and first-time buyer transactions, so there is a very natural fit between our two businesses.
“As we continue developing conveybuddy, our aim is to make the process as straightforward and transparent as possible for advisers and their clients.
“Full integration with our panel firms is a major part of achieving that because it allows advisers to remain much closer to the transaction after instruction, with better information and greater visibility over what is happening with their client’s case.”
Anthony Rimmer, head of residential conveyancing at PLS Solicitors, added: “We are very pleased to have completed our full integration with conveybuddy.
“Both businesses share a strong focus on using technology to make the conveyancing process simpler and more transparent, while ensuring advisers and clients continue to receive the support they need.
“This integration allows information to pass directly between our systems, reducing manual administration and helping everyone involved in a transaction access accurate and timely information.
“We look forward to building on our relationship with conveybuddy and supporting more of its adviser users and their clients.”
