PLS Solicitors adopts LMS Secure Link Workspace

Published on

LMS has announced that PLS Solicitors has selected LMS Secure Link Workspace as its method for complete communication and enquiry management with all stakeholders in the conveyancing process.

LMS developed the Workspace platform following law firm feedback to establish one centralised platform that facilitates end to end management of the conveyancing process.

It will provide PLS Solicitors with a centralised platform that allows stakeholders on both sides of the transaction to have full visibility of all case updates that are recorded, stored, and automatically updated on the hub in real time. With all law firms already authenticated by LMS, the risk of fraud is also greatly reduced along with the elimination of manual updates and continuous admin tasks, reducing time and the risk of human error.

Travis Scholes, commercial director at LMS, said: “We pride ourselves on really listening to law firm feedback. They know their own challenges more than we do and we want the tech solutions we build to be useful in tackling these sticking points. This collaboration is a true testament to the whole LMS team who has worked tremendously hard to build technology that actually benefits our industry.

“Further iterations for Secure Link are already in the pipeline, with our market access providing the best possible platform for its roll out across the industry. We can’t wait to see the results speak for themselves, and thanks have to go to PLS Solicitors for their ongoing collaboration with us in the name of a smooth, safe, and efficient conveyancing journey.”

Dean Carruthers, head of operations at PLS Solicitors, added: “From the beginning we have been so impressed with the commitment and dedication from LMS in driving innovation to create a smooth and efficient conveyancing journey for all and the proof of this can been seen in the quality of the technology they create.

“LMS listened to our challenges and delivered. Enhancing efficiency has been a significant concern we aimed to tackle, and we’re confident that the outcomes of using LMS Secure Link Workspace will demonstrate its effectiveness. As a result, this third partnership was an easy, straightforward decision and we are looking forward to a long-lasting successful relationship that we know we will both benefit from.”
