Pepper Money has appointed two regional development managers to support mortgage brokers in the Midlands and the North West.
Georgina England (pictured, left) joins the specialist mortgage lender with more than 11 years of experience in financial services and the mortgage industry, including six years in business development and intermediary relationship management.
She previously worked at Family Building Society and held business development manager roles at Coventry Building Society and Hinckley & Rugby Building Society. England will support brokers across the Midlands.
Tom Gwilliam (pictured, right) has been promoted after nearly three years as a telephone business development manager at Pepper Money. He will support brokers across the North West, having worked with intermediaries on complex and specialist lending cases in his previous role.
England, regional development manager for the Midlands, said: “I’m delighted to be joining Pepper Money. Building strong relationships has always been a key focus for me, and I am passionate about helping brokers find the right solutions for their clients.
“I look forward to supporting intermediaries across the Midlands.”
Gwilliam, regional development manager for the North West, added: “Working as a Telephone BDM has given me first-hand experience of the challenges brokers face with complex cases.
“I’m excited to take the next step in my career and continue helping advisers across the North West find solutions for customers, backed by Pepper Money’s underwriting and operations teams.”
Paul Adams, sales director at Pepper Money, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Georgina to Pepper Money and to see Tom progress into a field based RDM role. Both bring valuable experience, strong intermediary relationships and a passion for supporting brokers.
“As demand for specialist lending continues to grow, these appointments further strengthen our ability to provide expert guidance and relationship-led support across the UK.”
