Paul Chapman joins Countrywide

Countrywide Surveying Services has hired Paul Chapman as head of field operations within its surveying division.

Paul will begin the newly created board position in December, which includes overall responsibility for the operational efficiency of the group’s surveying workforce.

He will also use his experience of the UK mortgage lending industry to assist with the development of new products and services for Countrywide’s client base.

Most recently, he headed up Colleys Surveyors within Lloyds Banking Group (LBG). He has held various senior management roles at LBG during his career.

Paul Creffield, corporate operations director at Countrywide, said: “Paul brings a wealth of experience to this new role after more than 15 years in the property industry and will be using his expertise to strengthen our frontline business.
