Paragon appoints new non-exec

Fiona Clutterbuck has joined the board of the Paragon Group of Companies as a non-executive director.

Clutterbuck is currently head of strategy and corporate development at the Phoenix Group and is also a non-executive director of WS Atkins plc.

She has previously held the position of managing director and head of financial institutions advisory at ABN AMRO Investment Bank, managing director and global co-head of financial institutions group at HSBC Investment Bank and director at Hill Samuel Bank Limited.
