Paradigm Mortgage Services has raised £675 for The Lymphoma Association following it holding a charity golf day.

The golf day held at The Belfry earlier this month was attended by 60 golfers and sponsored by strategic providers and lenders of the mortgage services proposition.

The Lymphoma Association is the UK’s only charity focused exclusively on providing specialist information and support to help lymphoma patients, their relatives, friends and carers.

During the event Paradigm sold special ‘Mulligan balloons’ which could be purchased by players and were released on the course at the point where they needed a free shot. 120 balloons were sold and all proceeds from these went to the charity.

“This was the fourth annual charity golf day held by Paradigm Mortgage Services at The Belfry and once again it was wonderfully supported by a range of sponsors and by all the golfers who attended and competed,” said Bob Hunt, chief executive of Paradigm Mortgage Services.

“Our Mulligan initiative unsurprisingly proved a real hit with players and we’re pleased to say that all competitors purchased at least two each. The skies around the Belfry were awash with launched balloons throughout the day.

“We are pleased to have raised £675 for The Lymphoma Association and would like to thank all those who made the day truly memorable. As many will know The Lymphoma Association is a charity that has a very special place in the hearts of all those connected with Paradigm. They carry out an incredible amount of work and provide much-needed and well-deserved support to all those coping with a lymphatic cancer diagnosis.

“Our colleague, John Coffield, has been unwell for some time and we would like to take this opportunity to wish him well in his fight.”
