Paradigm bolsters lender panel

Published on

Paradigm Mortgage Services has added the Cambridge Building Society to its lender panel for directly authorised (DA) firms and that of Paradigm Financial Advisers (PFA), the network service for appointed representatives (ARs).

The Cambridge will offer Paradigm member firms a range of mortgage products including two/three/five-year fixed rate mortgages, a three-year fixed rate remortgage, two-year discount and tracker mortgages, and two-year fixed and tracker buy-to-let products.

The mutual also offers Paradigm member firms access to Cambridge Mortgage Master, an online mortgage tracking service, which has been developed for intermediaries to help manage all their clients’ mortgage business online.

A dedicated Business Development Team will assist Paradigm member firms working alongside its Intermediary Support Team. All member firms will be able to register with The Cambridge Building Society by visiting the Paradigm website and following the lender panel links.

Bob Hunt, chief executive of Paradigm Mortgage Services, said: “We at Paradigm continue our focus on providing member firms with access to a range of quality lenders that are committed to delivering intermediary-focused products and services. The addition of The Cambridge Building Society to both our Paradigm Mortgage Services and PFA lender panels means both our directly authorised and appointed representative firms can now offer the mutual’s strong product range to their client base.
