Paradigm adds Positive Lending to specialist referral panel

Published on

Paradigm has announced the addition of specialist lending packager and distributor Positive Lending to its panel of referral partners.

This allows Paradigm member firms to refer clients to Positive Lending, giving them access to the latter’s range of specialist finance solutions, including:

  • Second-charge mortgages
  • Bridging loans (regulated and unregulated)
  • Commercial and semi-commercial mortgages
  • Development finance
  • Equity release & RIO mortgages
  • Specialist residential mortgages
  • Complex buy-to-let mortgages
  • Adverse and credit-impaired mortgages

With a network of over 120 specialist lenders, Positive Lending will offer exclusive packager-only products and restricted finance options to Paradigm’s introducing firms as part of this collaboration.

Richard Howes (pictured), director of mortgages at Paradigm, said: “The complexity of specialist lending means advisers often face challenges in confidently recommending the right solutions. With constant shifts in this space and highly individual client needs, having expert support is invaluable.

“That’s why we’re delighted to welcome Positive Lending to our referral panel. Their expertise, access to exclusive products, and commitment to specialist advice will be a significant asset for Paradigm firms. We’re looking forward to working together to expand lending options and support better client outcomes.”

David Coleman

David Coleman, head of sales at Positive Lending, added: “We are excited to join forces with Paradigm, providing their members with access to our comprehensive suite of specialist lending products. This collaboration reflects our shared goal of equipping brokers with the best possible finance solutions, exclusive opportunities, and expert support to meet their clients’ needs.”
