OSB Group has promoted Emily Hollands to group head of intermediary sales and distribution as part of a restructure of its broker-facing sales functions.
The promotion takes effect immediately and will see Hollands take responsibility for sales and distribution strategy across the group.
Her expanded remit includes field and internal sales teams, corporate accounts and broker operations.
OSB Group said the change was intended to bring its sales and distribution functions more closely together, strengthen broker relationships and provide a more unified intermediary experience.
Adrian Moloney, group lending distribution director at OSB Group, said: “I’m pleased that Emily has accepted this well deserved promotion and I have no doubt that under her leadership, we will continue to further strengthen our broker partnerships and ensure our customers have access to the best-in-class solutions they need to thrive in today’s market.”
Hollands (pictured) added: “I’m delighted to take on this expanded role at such an important time for the Group.
“Bringing together our sales and distribution capabilities creates a powerful platform to better support our broker partners and customers, while driving continued growth across the business.”
As part of the restructure, David Boyd has also been promoted to group head of sales and operations.
Boyd will report to Hollands and will lead non-field-based sales and support functions, including office BDMs, the broker contact centre and broker operations.
He will also play a role in the delivery of the group’s transformation programme.
OSB Group said the leadership changes reflected its continued focus on building an integrated intermediary proposition and improving support for brokers.
