Only Bridging and Masthaven complete large bridge in four days

Only Bridging has completed an FSA regulated bridging loan for nearly £1 million pounds with Masthaven in four working days.

The case needed a speedy completion due to the client having to move out of their current main residence last Friday. Masthaven was presented with the case on the Tuesday from Only Bridging with a completion date just four days later. Valuation was instructed immediately and was back in the Mayfair based lenders offices on the Thursday morning.

Legal work was carried out both the client’s solicitors and those of Masthaven working in tandem with one another. Couriers and underwriters alike worked past their contracted hours to meet the deadline.
