OneDome strengthens compliance leadership as group scales

Published on

OneDome has appointed Joanna Purdy as group head of compliance and promoted Rebecca Curtis to head of compliance for Mortgage Intelligence and OneDome Growth Partners.

The appointments form part of OneDome’s investment in its compliance framework as the business expands its networks and integrated proposition.

Purdy (pictured) joins with more than 20 years’ experience in financial services, including roles across mortgage networks, lending and advisory businesses, with firms such as Stonebridge and Primis.

Her background includes work in large-scale network environments and hands-on broking, which OneDome said would support its compliance leadership at group level.

As group head of compliance, Purdy will oversee compliance strategy across OneDome, with responsibility for developing a consistent and scalable framework to support growth and innovation across the business.

OneDome said the appointment was part of its wider growth strategy, bringing dedicated group-level leadership to a function it described as central to the next phase of expansion.

Curtis has been promoted to head of compliance for Mortgage Intelligence and OneDome Growth Partners, where she will continue to lead the network compliance function and work with advisers and internal teams on day-to-day delivery and development.

The new structure is intended to combine group oversight with network-level delivery, with OneDome saying compliance should remain both robust and grounded in the realities of adviser businesses.

Purdy said: “I’m excited to be joining OneDome at a time of real momentum for the group. Having worked across networks, lenders and as a broker, I understand how important it is to balance strong compliance with practical, common-sense advice delivery.

“My focus will be on building a scalable framework that supports the Group’s growth ambitions, while ensuring compliance feels clear, consistent and aligned with the needs of advisers.”

Rebecca Curtis, head of compliance for Mortgage Intelligence and OneDome Growth Partners, added: “I’m incredibly proud to take on this role and continue supporting our advisers and firms across the networks. We’ve built a strong compliance foundation, and this is about evolving that in a way that reflects how advisers actually work.

“Working alongside Joanna gives us a great opportunity to strengthen how we support firms – keeping compliance straightforward, accessible and aligned with growth.”
