Alternative SME funding specialist, One Stop Business Finance, has appointed Collette Munson to its operations and finance brokering team.

Joining as operations manager and finance broker, Munson (pictured) has a range of experience in sales, service and operational processes. She was previously call centre manager for conveyancing solutions specialist The Live Organisation, prior to which Munson worked for several years in the personal finance sector underwriting deals and engaging with customers.

Munson will work closely with the business development management team to identify the most appropriate funders to approach, and then liaise with the chosen funder through to completion.

In addition, Munson will manage processes within the One Stop Business Finance operations team, with responsibility for a range of back office procedures to assist with the smooth running of the business and ensure clients receive the most efficient service.

Munson said: “I am delighted to be joining the team and to be a part of the continued growth and development of One Stop Business Finance. It is exciting to be joining a company with an innovative ethos to ‘do the deals that the traditional banks won’t do’ as it allows us all to fully utilise our expertise and creativity to find the right solutions for clients and help them achieve whatever goals they have.”

Andrew Mackenzie, One Stop Business Finance’s managing director, added: “We are thrilled to welcome Collette to the team and value the expertise and experience she will bring to OSBF as we grow. Collette will strengthen our focus on operational excellence and the processes required to find the right funding sources for clients, ensuring they can get the most out of the services we provide with the greatest flexibility and the best range of solutions.”
