OMS renews technology agreement with Complete FS

Published on

One Mortgage System has renewed its agreement with Complete FS, extending the specialist distributor’s use of its CRM and workflow platform.

The renewed deal will see Complete FS continue to use OMS at the centre of its operations, providing a single system to manage cases, improve process efficiency and access integrated sourcing and criteria tools.

Complete FS will also continue to receive ongoing platform developments, including enhancements to automation, case tracking and system integrations.

OMS said the updates were designed to support the handling of complex cases while maintaining visibility across the application journey.

The agreement comes as technology becomes increasingly important in the specialist finance sector, where firms are seeking to manage complexity while maintaining service standards.

OMS provides an end-to-end platform covering residential, buy-to-let, second charge, equity release, bridging and commercial mortgages, as well as general insurance and protection. The system also includes product sourcing, protection sourcing and criteria searching.

Dale Jannels, chief executive of One Mortgage System, said: “Complete FS works across a range of specialist areas where clarity and control are vital. This extension reflects a strong working relationship and a shared focus on improving how cases are managed from start to finish.

“Our aim is to provide a system that supports day-to-day activity while also giving firms the flexibility to grow and adapt. We look forward to building on what has already been achieved together.”

Claire Budden, director of Complete FS, added: “Our continued partnership with OMS reflects the confidence we have in the platform to support the way we operate as a specialist distributor.

“Having a single, integrated system at the heart of our business allows us to manage complex cases more effectively, maintain strong visibility across every stage of the journey, and deliver a consistent service to our intermediary partners.

“As the market continues to evolve, it’s essential that our technology keeps pace. The ongoing enhancements to the OMS platform, particularly around automation and integration, will help us further streamline our processes and ensure we remain well positioned to support our partners with efficiency and clarity.”
