OMS and Brightstar Group extend technology partnership

Published on

One Mortgage System (OMS), the CRM and loan origination platform for intermediaries and lenders, has extended its partnership with the Brightstar Group.

Under the renewed agreement, the Brightstar Group will continue using OMS’ CRM and workflow platform across its business, with access to a single system that brings together integrated sourcing and criteria tools.

The partnership will also give Brightstar access to ongoing platform updates, including improvements to workflows, integrations and automation.

It also supports Brightstar’s aim to deliver a reliable and efficient experience, while giving its teams the structure needed to handle higher volumes and more complex cases.

OMS said the extension reflects the growing role of technology partnerships within the intermediary market as firms look to improve connectivity and streamline processes.

OMS provides an end-to-end platform covering residential, buy-to-let, second charge, equity release, bridging and commercial mortgages, as well as general insurance and protection.

Dale Jannels, chief executive officer of One Mortgage System, commented: “We’ve built a strong working relationship with the Brightstar Group over time, and this contract extension reflects the trust both sides have in what we are delivering.

“Our focus is on giving firms the tools to manage cases more efficiently, reduce friction in the process and maintain a high level of service as their business evolves.

“The Brightstar Group is a great example of a forward-thinking business with an impressive and inspiring leadership team that continues to push forward, and we’re pleased to keep supporting that progress.”

William Lloyd-Hayward, group chief operating officer of Brightstar Group, added: “Building long term partnerships has always been a cornerstone of our business and so we are delighted to reaffirm our commitment with OMS as we continue to focus on delivering the best technology platform for our brokers and clients.

“Continuing to work with a specialist partner like Brightstar or Sirius gives brokers and clients access to expertise and relationships that deliver solutions and the best outcomes for clients.

“Extending our relationship with OMS ensures that improving and simplifying the customer journey and experience in an ever-changing technology and AI era for mortgages is at the heart of our business.”
