New Precise Help to Buy exclusive for PMS and Sesame advisers

PMS Mortgage Club and Sesame Network have unveiled a new Help to Buy exclusive with Precise Mortgages.

Offering a 3.94% rate for two years with a £995 product fee, the features include £500 cashback and a 4.8% reversion rate.

The exclusive product is available for all Help to Buy schemes across England, Wales and Scotland.

Stacey Wood, national new build relationship manager for Sesame and PMS, said: “This competitive exclusive provides further product options for our Sesame and PMS members. The cashback available with this product can be of great assistance for first time buyers on a budget.

“Furthermore, the 4.8% product reversion rate means that there is only one sustainability check required, which provides certainty for customers as they progress through the application process.”

Alan Cleary, managing director at Precise Mortgages, added: “The Help to Buy schemes have been a huge success since their launch in 2013, helping hundreds of thousands of aspiring homeowners take their first step onto the property ladder.

“I’m pleased to be able to make this product exclusively available to Sesame and PMS advisers, so they can help even more first time buyers realise their home owning ambitions.”
