New partner for Dragonfly

Reading-based packager Niche Financial Solutions has become the latest partner of Dragonfly Property Finance.

Dragonfly Property Finance has already completed a number of deals introduced by Niche Financial Solutions, including, most recently, an £800,000 bridge on a prime residential development in Wolverhampton comprising 23 units.

Malcolm Scanlon, head of lending at Niche Financial Solutions, said: “I’ve known the Dragonfly team for many years now and have a huge amount of respect for them all.
