The Nationwide Building Society has announced that Tracie Pearce, the mutual’s head of savings, is leaving.

Henry Jordan, who was previously managing director of Nationwide’s buy-to-let arm The Mortgage Works (TMW), has been appointed as the society’s new head of mortgages.

Pearce first worked for Sun Bank in 1996, moving to the Portman Building Society in 2001. It subsequently merged with the Nationwide in 2007, and Pearce subsequently held a number of positions at the Nationwide, culminating in her appointment as head of savings in September 2016.
