New five-year fixes from Coventry for Intermediaries

Coventry for Intermediaries has launched new five-year fixed residential mortgages, with rates starting from 2.35%.

Deals include the following:

  • 2.35% fixed rate until 30/09/20, 65% LTV, ERCs payable to 30/09/20, with a £999 arrangement fee.
  • 2.55% fixed rate until 30/09/20, 75% LTV, ERCs payable to 30/09/20, with a £999 arrangement fee.
  • 2.79% fixed rate until 30/09/20, 75% LTV, ERCs payable to 30/09/20 and no arrangement fee.

Darin Landon, distribution director at Coventry for Intermediaries, said: “We are very pleased to launch our new range of highly competitive five-year fixed residential mortgages, with a variety of LTVs, a range of arrangement fee options and the stability of a fixed rate.

“In addition, as always all of our products are booking fee free and our residential products include a valuation up to £670, so this is the ideal time for your clients to secure a highly competitive deal.”
