Accord Mortgages has launched fee-free mortgage options at 65% LTV, with added incentives.

The intermediary-only lender, which is part of Yorkshire Building Society Group, has launched a two-year fixed rate mortgage at 1.99% at 65% loan-to-value (LTV) which has no application or product fees.

Borrowers using their mortgage to buy a property will benefit from free standard valuation and £250 cashback on completion, whilst those remortgaging will receive free standard valuation and legal fees.

David Robinson, national intermediary sales manager at Accord, said: “We are very pleased to provide borrowers with a 35% deposit with a fee-free mortgage option to help them minimise the costs of buying a home or remortgaging. We hope that they will prove very popular with brokers and borrowers.”
