New face at PPR

Property Portfolio Rescue has appointed Adam Bitel as acquisitions manager.
Bitel will be responsible for negotiating the purchase of individual homes or property portfolios with the growing number of homeowners, banks and agents contacting PPR.

He started his career as a sales negotiator with Foxtons and then with independent estate agency In London Properties. In 2006, he joined private investment company, Rock Investment Holdings plc, handling large property portfolios in the UK and the USA.

Prior to joining PPR, Bitel worked for start-up company, Seaforth Estates, where, as acquisitions manager, he was responsible for identifying buildings suitable for use as business centres.

Bitel said: “I am looking forward to the challenges that working at PPR will bring and hope to be able to help struggling homeowners
