New Everyday fixed rates from Northern Rock

Northern Rock has unveiled a new range of intermediary-only fixed rate mortgages. All of the deals are available to both purchase and remortgage customers.

The Everyday range includes a number of new mortgage products available with no product fee.

The remortgage deals include a free basic valuation and free standard legal costs.

A two-year fixed rate deal with no product fee is available at 3.34% at 70% LTV. A three-year fixed rate mortgage with no product fee is now 3.99% up to 70% LTV, and a five-year deal without a product fee is 4.49% up to 70% LTV.

For customers who choose to pay a product fee there is a new two-year fixed rate deal at 3.05% up to 70% LTV with a £995 fee, or a two-year fixed rate is available at 2.89% up to 70% LTV for a higher product fee of £1,595.

At 75%, a two-year fixed rate is available at 3.09% with a £1,595 product fee. The maximum loan size is £250,000 on deals with a £1,595 product fee.

Everyday mortgages allow overpayments of up to 10% each year, as well as the option to apply for payment holidays.
