New deals from the Yorkshire

The Yorkshire Building Society has launched a new three-year fixed rate mortgage at 3.65%.

The direct-only deal is available up to 75% LTV with a fee of £995. A three-year fixed rate at 4.59% is also available for borrowers with a 15% deposit and a £495 fee.

Tom Girling, product manager for mortgages said: “Around eight in every 10 of our mortgage applications are for a fixed rate product and the new three-year deal will join our existing range of competitive fixed rate products. There is certainly a demand for this type of mortgage as borrowers look for security
