New deals from Coventry Intermediaries

Coventry Intermediaries has launched new residential and buy-to-let products including new Flexx for Term options.

Rates start from 2.29% with a range of fee structures and LTVs.

New deals include the following:

  • 3.25% Fixed Rate until 30.06.19, 65% LTV £199 booking fee, £800 arrangement fee early repayment charges (ERCs) payable to 30.06.19.
  • 2.29% Flexx for Term, variable rate 65% LTV, £199 booking fee, £800 arrangement fee with no ERCs.
  • 2.65% Flexx for Term, variable rate, 80% LTV, £199 booking fee, £800 arrangement fee with no ERCs.

Colin Franklin, managing director of Godiva Mortgages, said: “We have enhanced our range with some great fixed rate and Flexx for Term deals. Our Flexx for Term range has always been very popular with borrowers looking for low rates with no ERCS.

“Available on both buy-to-let and residential, our latest Flexx for Term additions offer the flexibility of unlimited overpayments with great rates.”
