New deals and reduced rates from Virgin Money

Virgin Money has introduced a new range of residential and buy-to-let mortgage products.

It has also launched some new higher LTV residential products.

The rate reductions include:

Core Residential:

  • Reduced 3 Year Fixed Rate at 65% LTV with £995 fee by 0.04% to 1.85%
  • Reduced 2 Year Fixed Rate at 75% LTV with £995 fee by 0.02% to 1.88%
  • Reduced 3 Year Fixed Rate at 75% LTV with £995 fee by 0.07% to 1.88%
  • Reduced 5 Year Fixed Rate at 75% LTV with £995 fee by 0.12% to 1.77%
  • Reduced 5 Year Fixed Rate at 75% LTV with fee-saver by 0.10% to 2.08%
  • Reduced 5 Year Fixed Rate at 85% LTV with £995 fee by 0.09% to 2.94%
  • Reduced 5 Year Fixed Rate at 85% LTV with fee-saver by 0.09% to 3.19%

New Products:

  • 2 Year Fixed Rate at 85% LTV with £995 fee at 2.82%
  • 2 Year Fixed Rate at 85% LTV with fee-saver at 3.09%
  • 3 Year Fixed Rate at 85% LTV with £995 fee at 2.92%
  • 3 Year Fixed Rate at 85% LTV with fee-saver at 3.14%

Core buy-to-let:

  • Reduced 2 Year Fixed Rate at 60% LTV with £1,995 fee by 0.09% to 1.67%
  • Reduced 3 Year Fixed Rate at 60% LTV with £1,995 fee by 0.09% to 1.67%
  • Reduced 2 Year Fixed Rate at 60% LTV with £995 fee by 0.16% to 1.81%
  • Reduced 5 Year Fixed Rate at 60% LTV with £995 fee by 0.04% to 2.11%
  • Reduced 2 Year Fixed Rate at 75% LTV with £1,995 fee by 0.09% to 1.70%
  • Reduced 3 Year Fixed Rate at 75% LTV with £1,995 fee by 0.09% to 1.70%
  • Reduced 5 Year Fixed Rate at 75% LTV with £1,995 fee by 0.04% to 2.04%
