MPowered Mortgages unveils new ECO range

Published on

MPowered Mortgages has launched its new ECO EPC product range, which offers a 0.10 percentage point discount on rates for all properties with an EPC rating of A, B, or C.

The new ECO EPC discount is available across the range of two, five and seven-year fixed-rate products (excluding HMO). Initial rates start from 2.74% on the two-year fixed range, 2.84% on the five-year fixed range, and 2.94% on the seven-year fixed range.

For a limited time only, MPowered Mortgages is also offering free valuations across the entirety of its new ECO EPC range.

Emma Hollingworth (pictured), distribution director, MPowered Mortgages, said: “We are excited to launch our new ECO EPC range, expanding our already extensive product offering. COP-26 has shown us that hard work lies ahead to make the world more sustainable, and the UK government itself has set the target of being ‘net zero’ by 2050.

“The housing market will play an integral role in this, and by offering our new range of eco products, we’re happy to be playing a small role in making Britain’s housing stock more sustainable.”
