Mortgage Magic launches Secure Portal through Microsoft Windows Store

Published on

Mortgage Magic has made its Secure Portal available through the Microsoft Windows Store, with the technology platform highlighting its security credentials and proprietary AI capabilities for FCA-regulated mortgage firms.

The portal has been developed for mortgage advisers and introducers, combining what the company describes as bank-grade security with a secure password vault, AI Lender Connect functionality for subscribing lenders and a performance-focused design aimed at broker workflows.

Mortgage Magic said making the application available through the Microsoft Windows Store provides an additional level of assurance, with Microsoft’s certification process assessing an application’s integrity, security architecture and compliance with its published security standards before publication.

The business also highlighted that it holds ISO 27001 certification for information security management and ISO 42001 certification for AI management systems, with the Secure Portal operating within that framework.

Tanjir Sugar (pictured), chief executive at Mortgage Magic, said: “The Secure Portal carries Mortgage Magic’s own AI, built and governed under ISO 42001, the international standard for AI management systems.

“It is not a generic tool with AI added on. The AI is ours, it is built in, and it operates under the same certification framework as the rest of the platform.

“Combined with bank-grade security, a secure password vault, and Windows Store certification, this is the most secure environment available to a mortgage adviser working in the UK market today.

“We have optimised every element of it for broker performance, it is fast, secure, and built for the way advisers actually work.”

According to Mortgage Magic, the Secure Portal includes its proprietary AI technology, AI Lender Connect, a built-in password vault and dual access to both the Mortgage Magic and Finance Magic portals from a single application.

The platform also features a QR code mobile-to-desktop login process, allowing advisers to access the system through the Mortgage Magic Partner app without manually entering credentials.

The Mortgage Magic Secure Portal is available through the Microsoft Windows Store and requires active Mortgage Magic subscriber credentials for access.
